Description
The UBA Bond Fund is authorized and registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under Section 125 of the Investment Securities Act (ISA). The Fund’s investments are concentrated in corporate bonds, treasury bonds, mortgaged-backed bonds and government bonds. It also holds small proportions of other forms of investments to ensure liquidity.

Objective
The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with income as well as an attractive total return (dividends and capital gains) in the medium-term to long-term.

Date of Registration
The Fund was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) in September 2006 and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Memorandum basis in December 2006..
