Description
The UBA Money Market Fund is authorized and registered in Nigeria as a Unit Trust Scheme under Section 125 of the Investment Securities Act (ISA). The Fund invests primarily in short-tenured instruments of governments, banks, and corporations. The instruments include BAs, CPs, Treasury Bills, Bonds, etc.

Objective
The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with income as well as an attractive total return (dividends and capital gains) in the short- to medium term.

Date of Registration
The Fund was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) in September 2006 and listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Memorandum basis in December 2006.
